　　蔡志忠，台湾著名漫画家。1999年12月8日获得荷兰克劳斯王子基金会颁奖，表彰他通过漫画将中国传统哲学与文学作出了史无前例的再创造。蔡志忠从十五岁起便开始成为职业漫画家。1976年成立龙卡通公司，拍摄了《老夫子》、《乌龙院》等长篇动画电影，曾获1981年金马奖最佳卡通片奖。1983年开始创作四格漫画，至今己有《庄子说》、《老子说》、《大醉侠》、《光头神探》等100多部作品在44多个国家和地区以多种语种版本出版，销量超过了4000万册！他连续两年获台湾10名畅销书作家之首。蔡志忠用简洁生动的线条描绘了一部部颇具影响的漫画书，在台湾、香港、新加坡、日本、马来西亚等地广受欢迎。他的作品庄子说、老子说、禅说、史记、西游记、聊斋系列等开启了中国古籍经典漫画的先河。

　　《大学.中庸》原来是《礼记》中的一篇汉代儒者首先将它提出来，《中庸说》二篇。其后梁武帝著《中庸讲疏》一卷，加以阐扬。宋儒二程子特加提倡，程颐认为此篇乃是孔门传授心法的经典，善读者玩索有得终身用之有不能尽者。

　　《韩非子说: 法家的峻言》韩非子，战国晚期一个怀才不遇的韩国贵公子，患有天生口吃的毛病，偏逢韩国政局混乱，有志难伸，便融会各家学说精华，附加个人独到的见解，勾绘出一幅治国的理想蓝图。基于个人的血缘关系，他对韩国政局的关切，远超过遨游列国借机求合于诸候的愿望。

　　《孟子说:乱世的哲思》孔子以后，儒家最伟大的人物，当推孟子与荀子，传孔子治学的，应以荀子的功劳最大；拒杨墨、辟邪说，扬孔子之道的，当以孟子贡献居多。到了唐朝韩愈特别推崇孟子，升到与孔子差不多的地位，到朱子把《孟子》七篇，列为四书之一，其价值与影响更为特出。

　　《史记：历史的长城》有人说，《史记》是中国最优美动人的史诗。我认为这首长篇史诗，是充满悱恻的史诗。作者太史公司马迁，则是一位令人敬佩、叹惋的悲剧人物。我为什么要强调司马迁是个悲剧人物呢？因为他是用一种无奈的悲剧人生观来撰写《史记》的，如果不能掌握司马迁的这种性格特色，那么就难以掌握贯穿整部《史记》的精神脉动了。整部一百三十卷的《史记》，有记载帝王事迹的；有以年系事的；有记录文献的；有叙述诸候世系的；也有分类记述各阶层人物事迹的。太史公撰写，也有他严肃的思想背景--一部分是遵从父亲的遗命，一部分是效法孔子的春秋大业。不过，他在里，却表现了浓烈的悲剧性格。
